Terms of use

Anything you like, personal or commercial, for as many pictures as you want, without an account and without asking. We make no claim over what you open here and none over what you save. The pictures are yours before, during and afterwards, and since none of them reaches us there would be nothing for us to claim in any case.

What we ask in return is that you do not try to break the page for other people: automating it at volume, embedding it inside something else as though it were yours, or using it to work on material you have no right to. Copyright in a photograph belongs to whoever took it, and expanding somebody else's picture does not change that.

It is offered as it is. The arithmetic behind it has been checked case by case, but no promise here stretches to every browser, every device and every file — an unusual format, an older phone, a picture at the outer edge of what a browser can hold in memory, and it may not behave. When it fails it should tell you what failed and what to try next; if it fails silently, that is a bug rather than a policy.

Because everything happens on your own machine, the result depends on your machine. Browsers disagree about colour handling and about what they will encode, and a phone with little memory free will refuse a canvas a laptop accepts. We do not guarantee any particular output, and we are not liable for a picture that came out other than you hoped, a file that did not finish saving, or work lost when a tab closed.

Keep your originals. This tool never alters the file on your disk, so your original is always where you left it — which is the best protection against anything on this page going wrong.

The code, the writing, the layout and the mark at the top of the page belong to us. The tool is free to use; it is not free to copy wholesale and republish. Advertising below the working surface is what will pay for the hosting once the domain is approved for it; nothing is being served there today, and when that changes the third parties involved will operate under their own terms, which we do not control.

We may change what the tool does, add fills, remove ones that are not earning their place, or stop publishing it altogether. If these terms change, the new version replaces this page and applies from the day it appears. Nothing here is meant to limit rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
